It’s been a minute since I’ve been here on the blog….life has been REALLY REAL this last year! But the Lord is full of grace and I am so grateful for that! I want to thank you all for sticking with me!

I don’t know about y’all but I absolutely love make up and fashion. It goes way back to when I was just a little girl! My grandmother was an Avon Rep and always had those adorable little lipstick samples. Anyone remember those cute little things?!? Looking back I realize what a brave woman my grandmother was letting us little girls run wild with a box full of lipstick samples…ha!
I’ve always loved the feeling that just a touch of make up can give…. just a bit of gloss and some mascara can totally change my day. Most weekends you’ll find me in a ball cap with a little mascara, brow color, touch of blush and lip gloss that’s it….no foundation for the weekends for this gal!
Below I’m going to share with you a few of my very favorites that pretty much stay on repeat all day every day.
This is a total brow game-changer! It’s the right amount of color and fibers to give that natural pulled together eye brow. I’m a level 6.5 to 7 hair color and the light shade is what works best for me. Even in the summer when I tend to go blonde it still matches perfectly. Bonus: the tube lasts forever!
NYX Butter Glosses has to be one of my favorite lippie products around!! I have a tendency to buy a lot of lipsticks and glosses but I always seem to come back to this product even after I’ve applied a lipstick. It gives a good amount of color but isn’t too heavy or sticky on the lips.
THIS. MASCARA. IS. THE. BEST! and I have tried (or at least if feels like it) almost every mascara known to man! I realized in my quest to find the perfect mascara that it is a very personal thing….what one women says is the best can be a total disaster for another. I think it all depends on what your eyelashes are to begin with. So my disclaimer here is….this is MY best and most favorite mascara! I love that it curls my lashes and with two coats it gives the perfect volume and lengthening power that I need.
