It’s that time of the year when it seems everyone is looking for a new and yummy finger food recipe to take to their next holiday gathering. I’ve seen several friends asking for ideas on Facebook. So, I thought I would share this recipe with y’all.
Here’s a quick, easy and delicious dessert recipe that my family and friends love and look forward to each year!
Here you can see I formed the cheese ball into a snowman’s hat….isn’t it just too cute?! I saved a little bit of the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture (before I added the chocolate syrup and the cookies) to use as icing to add a little brim and snowflake to the hat.
You can serve the dessert cheese ball with pretzels, graham crackers or Nila wafers. Let us know which one you prefer …it’s tied at our house…half of us like the salty & sweet of the pretzels and the other half like the sweetness of the Nila Wafers.
